After casually monitoring the market for a few months, we decided to start seriously searching for a home in October 2019. We know that a lot of companies are going public this year, so we wanted to beat the mad rush to buy a home.We had somewhat ridiculous requirements for our ideal home: rooftop deck with a view, new construction or newly remodeled, 3+ bedroom, high ceilings, huge open entertaining space, backyard for our dog, single family home, within some of the most desirable neighborhoods and we didn't want to feel like we were overpaying for our home.Finding an experienced, trustworthy real estate agent was one of my first tasks. I consulted with many agents and lastly I ended up here. These people are great. During this process, we must have visited at least three dozen properties, exchanged hundreds of texts, emails, and messages, asking questions about everything from insights about the neighborhood to remodeling to some eye-roll inducing things like, "can we put a roof deck on the house?" and "can we put a hot tub on the roof deck" and "can we add another roof deck to this house?" They always took our questions and concerns seriously. I would definitely recommend them!!!
