Choosing a neighborhood in a new community can be challenging if you have not been to Kelowna before. There are opportunities to live close to Lake Okanagan and enjoy the waterfront, or live on Dilworth Mountain and have amazing views of the lake . If you are sports minded then living close to The Rutland YMCA or the Kelowna H2O YMCA have many advantages for swimming indoors and great fitness Gyms.

This is Andrew Smith Royal LePage Kelowna. Sunday March 8th , we took the Bear Creak hiking trail up from the other side of the campground. We are about 5-10 Klms in from Hwy97. If you are coming from Kelowna it is just across the bridge on the West Side.
162 Homes listed last week bringing the total upto 1360 Homes for Sale in Kelowna. That number is creeping up, still not a large number of homes for sale in the lower price range. At 1380 we are getting up there. So far this year there have been 383 Home & Condo sales compared to 290 Sales last Year.
Things are still looking good in Kelowna. There were 70 sales last week adding to that total. All in all it is a good start to the year.
