Lake Country Homes

Lake Country homes are amongst the most diverse in the Okanagan.  Their price points range wildly depending on several factors including the proximity to one of the lakes.

Naturally, lakefront homes cost more than those that don’t face the lake. But don’t let that stop you. All homes in Lake Country are less than a 15-minute drive to the water. There are plenty of boat launches with ample parking for your trailer and beaches you can enjoy, even if you don’t live right on the water.

For those who don’t purchase Lake Country waterfront homes, the homes away from the water are often closer to the other amenities in town such as baseball diamonds, playgrounds, and skateboard parks. All of these are well-maintained and appealing to families with children.
