You’ll find the Glenrosa community situated on a rolling hill as if it’s rising up out of Okanagan Lake into West Kelowna. The neighborhood is one of the Okanagan Valley’s most popular residential areas for families. This is because the residents enjoy plenty of parks and some of the best schools in the area. “Family-friendly” is, perhaps, the best phrase to enjoy this dynamic neighborhood.
Those who desire the area but a less crowded community choose homes on the western side of West Kelowna. This is where the housing developments give way to agricultural space and lot sizes are even larger!
Yet, the location is convenient. Even for those on the more agricultural west side, the convenience of West Kelowna is just a few minutes’ drives away!
