Condominiums: There is a fantastic inventory of condos in Glenmore. These multi-family unit complexes allow buyers to purchase homes in a community setting. Some of the condominium complexes offer many amenities: fitness rooms, swimming pools, greenspaces, on-site laundry facilities, and are pet-friendly. Each condo association has its own rules, so check them carefully and look at all the amenities before making an offer. Retirees often opt for this housing arrangement.

Townhomes: Semi-detached townhomes and duplexes represent a significant portion of the Glenmore home inventory. These offer a little more space than the condominiums and normally are at a slightly higher price point. One big advantage of a townhome over a condo is that you normally have a little bit of outdoor patio space, often separated by a privacy fence from your neighbor’s patio. This makes it a great option for families with children who still need a budget-friendly home.
