Rookie Realtor Error
Listed a nice property in Sandpointe, a 55+ gated community up in Glenmore for $559,000. Completely updated and shows a perfect 10/10. 141-595 Yates....It will be on MLS and website tomorrow.
Started the day bright and early preparing to meet the seller for the first time. Researched comparable homes for sale, recent sales, expired listings etc. I put together a well researched comparative market analysis and went through my marketing plan, answered questions, negotiated a reasonable asking price and all the other details involved with putting a home on the market. When it came time to sign the documents I realized I left them on my printer back at office. Felt a little awkward and unorganized but those moments pass. Thanks Wilfred for the mulligan.
