Kelowna has some of the most appealing weather conditions in Canada . The summers are warm with hot days, cool nights, and fairly low humidity. Winters are moderate and are occasionally cold. The snow tends to be dry and fluffy and within the city limits is cleaned off the streets quickly. In mid-summer, approximately one third of the season's days the temperatures can be greater than 30 degrees C or 85 degrees F. Spring and fall seasons are both pleasant. Kelowna has over 2,001 hours of sunshine annually, approximately 14 inches of rain a year and 39 inches of snow.
