Andy is a full time professional Realtor and has been selling real estate since 1993. His hi-tech computer background has been instrumental in making listings stand out from the rest.

Andy believes that innovative marketing is critical to getting homes sold in tougher markets. "The day of putting property on the market and hoping someone makes a reasonable offer are long gone."

Demographic target marketing of each home to bona fide buyers in addition to mass marketing has become the only way in ensuring sellers walk away with smiles on their faces.

Andy and Jo-Ann live with their two children in a turn of the century heritage home and have learned firsthand everything needed to renovate older homes within a budget. Most of their free time goes into renovating and fixing up their older house which has created a unique niche for them since they can advise customers looking to renovate.

Andy is a regular competitor in local marathons and triathlons. He competed in the Penticton 2006 Ironman and is competing in the 2008 Ironman Canada.
